摘要
绩效管理是人力资源管理与开发的基础,绩效考评是绩效管理中的核心环节,在借鉴360度考评方法基本原理和优点的基础上,提出五星图模型绩效考评方法。该方法创新之处在于:利用数学模型克服360度考评方法的弊病,同时通过几何分析图的方式揭示绩效考评的意义;全面分析绩效影响因素,从而引入绩效潜质概念,为员工培养与开发提供客观依据;设计混合型的指标体系以克服360度绩效考评中的定量指标过多带来的问题。
Performance appraisal is the core of performance management, which is the foundation of human resource management and development. On the basis of 360-degree feedback′s principle and merits, five-star chart model is put forward in the article. The method consists of three main aspects. First, it attempts to make use of mathematical model to overcome the disadvantages of 360-degree feedback, while utilizing figures to find out the significance of performance. Secondly, it analyzes the factor related to performance, then introduces the concept of performance potentiality. Third, it advances the mixed-type index system to solve the problem generated by the large number of quantitative index.
