摘要
结合新时期人才培养问题的讨论,指出我国高校面临人才培养转型的问题,并提出从服务型人才培养向创新型人才培养转型的观点。同时,通过系统地分析了创新型人才的特点,提出把科学研究全面渗透到本科教学的思路,对创新型人才的培养规律和培养模式作了探讨。
Based on the discussion of creative talents, this paper pointed out that universities of our country faced a problem of transformation of talents cultivation, that was from type of servicement to type of creative. Through analyzing the character of creative talents, the paper tries to probe the cultivation regularity and model for creative talents.
