摘要
目的 :评价小剂量卡铂腔内注射治疗恶性渗出液的疗效。方法 :在胸腔或腹腔穿刺 ,抽放适量胸水或腹水后注射卡铂 2 0 0mg +生理盐水 4 0ml于胸或腹腔内 ,多次更换体位 ,一周后再注射一次。结果 :显效率 6 6 .6 7% (1 2 / 1 8) ,有效率 94 .4 4% (1 7/ 1 8) ,可明显提高患者生活质量 ,争取时间接受放化疗 ,延长生存时间 ,副作用少。结论 :小剂量卡铂腔内注射是中晚期恶性肿瘤患者伴发胸水或腹水后的有效治疗方法 ,该方法简便、安全、有效 。
s Objective:Purpose Evaluating effect of therapy to malignant exudative hydrops with small dose of CARBOPLTION by intracavitary injection.Methods:After draw and discharge appropriate volume of hydrothorax or ascites from thoracic make omtracavotary injection of CARBOPLATION 200?mg+0.9?%NS 40?ml,thenchange posture time and again,make injection one time a week later.Results:Effectual rate 66.67?%(12/18),effective rate 94.44?%(17/18),Quality of patients life are risen up obviously,win over time so that accept radio-chemotherapy,prolong lifetime,rate side effect.Coclussions:Small dose of CARBOPLATION by intracavitary injection is effective method of treatment for middle and later stage of patients with malignant tumor concomitant hydrothorax or ascites,The method simple,safe,effective to spread and apply valuablly for hospital of basic level.
