摘要
以转溶菌酶基因水稻D2-1-1为亲本,分别与常规品种戊系28,楚粳香1号进行杂交,对外源溶菌酶基因在杂交后代的遗传方式进行了初步分析。特异的PCR分子检测表明:2个杂交组合的F1代为杂合型,均含有外源溶菌酶基因;F2代发生分离,其中携带溶菌酶基因的阳性植株与不携带溶菌酶基因的阴性植株的分离符合3∶1的分离比例,由此表明该基因在水稻中能以单位点显性方式稳定遗传,并符合孟德尔遗传分离规律。同时也证实了在转化过程中,插入到水稻基因组中的溶菌酶基因是单拷贝。
The inheritance of foreign lysozyme gene introduced the rice genome was studied in hybrid offspring generations derived from two crosses of transgenic rice line D2-1-2 crossed with two normal parents——Wuxu 28 and Chujingxiang No.1. PCR examination of the lysozyme gene showed that the gene was found in F_1 generations and the segregating ratios of the positive plants with the negative plants was 3∶1 in the F_2 generations. The results indicated that the inheritance of the lysozyme gene accorded with Mendelian Law of single gene segregation and only one copy of the lysozyme gene was integrated into the rice genome.
