摘要
介绍了国内外引线框架材料的开发现状、常用合金牌号和性能要求以及发展与需求,对其发展前景进行了展望。
In this paper, the studying status, the alloy brand most in use, the requirement of performance, the development and demand of lead frame materials at home and abroad are introduced, and prospect of the material are analysed also.
