摘要 研究了氯磺酚偶氮硫代若丹宁 (HSCT)与银的显色反应。在pH 3.5的柠檬酸 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,HSCT与银反应生成 2∶1稳定络合物 ;该络合物可被C18固相小柱定量萃取 ,小柱上保留的络合物用DMF洗脱后用分光光度法测定 ;λmax =5 45nm ,体系ε =7.81× 1 0 4 L/ (mol·cm) ,银质量浓度在 0~ 1 .5mg/L内符合比尔定律。该方法可用于水样中痕量银的测定。 The chromogenic reaction between HSCT and silver was studied. At pH 3.5 in citric acid sodium hydroxide buffer solution, HSCT reacts with silver, and forms a stable complex(2∶1). This complex can be extracted quantitatively by Zorbax C 18 cartridge. Following the remaining complex on the cartridge was eluted by DMF, silver could be finally determined by spectrophotometry. The molar absorptive is 7.81×10 4L/(mol·cm) at 545nm. Beer's Law could be satisfied when silver content is in the range of 0~1.5mg/L. This method can be used to determine trace silver in water samples.
