摘要
综述了制作汽车铝质热交换器的工艺、材料及钎剂的研究现状和新进展,分析了钎焊时存在的晶界渗透问题。在总结国内外研究的基础上,提出了汽车铝质热交换器进一步研究的发展方向。
The current situations and the new development of technology,materials and flux of automotive heat-exchangers were reviewed in this paper.The existing problem about grain boundary penetration during brazing was analyzed.On the base of summing up the present research,the further development trends of automotive heat-exchangers were prospected.
