棒状氟铝酸钾钎剂粉的制备与性能研究

摘要 以无水氯化铝(AlCl_3)和二水合氟酸钾(KF·2H_2O)为原料,聚乙烯吡喀烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂,采用化学沉淀法制备了氟铝酸钾钎剂。利用SEM、XRD、TG-DTA研究了粉体的形貌、相结构和熔点。结果表明,加入0.2%的分散剂PVP有利于改善铝钎剂粉体的团聚,可制备出平均粒径为100 nm,熔点为560℃,主晶相为K_2AlF_5·H_2O的棒状粉体。钎焊性能测试表明,该粉体的助焊性能良好。 The nano sized potassium fluoaluminate flux were prepared by chemical precipitation method by using aluminum chloride(A1C1_3), dehydrate(KF ? 2H_2O) as raw materials and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as dispersing agent.The scanning electron microscopy,X ray diffraction, and thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis were used to study the morphology,phase composition and melting point.The result showed that conglobation of as -prepared particles can be improved by adding 0.2%PVP,and the average grain size of as - prepared particles is 100 nm,and the grain was rod - shaped,and the melting point is 560℃,and the main phase crystalline phase was K_2A1F_5 ? H_2O.The brazing ability measurement of the as -prepared flux was tested and the results show the excellent flux performance.
