摘要
本文综述了鸡MHC的结构、组成等特性,并介绍了其在肉鸡和蛋鸡中的不同。最后,总结了鸡MHC的作用,并对其在鸡育种中的应用前景进行了展望。
In this paper, we summarized the structure and constitute of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC). Then, we introduced the difference of MHC between the egg-type and meat-type chickens. At last, we summarized the effects of the MHC of chicken, and prospected the future of application of the MHC in chickens breeding.
