摘要
《鬼谷子》是先秦时期很有特色的一部学术著作。由于秦汉以降,在长期的封建社会里属于非主流文化,因而使其学术价值湮没不彰。文章从《鬼谷子》谋略思维的根据、原则和方式,谋略主体的素质和修养,论证了其学术价值,同时指出了其负面影响。
Guiguzi or The Master of the Ghost Valley is a distinctive academic work of pre-Qin Dynasty. However, it has remained obscure since Qin and Han Dynasties as it was demoted to part of non-mainstream culture. This paper discusses the ground, the principle, and the manner of the tactic and strategic thinking in the book as well as the quality and culture of the strategists. The author of this paper also demonstrates the academic value of the book while having no hesitation in pointing out its negative impact.
