摘要
应用CiteSpaceⅤ可视化分析软件,依据中国知网(CNKI)数据库获取的警务危机谈判历往文献相关数据,绘制了该领域研究力量、关键词等方面的聚类、时区、时线等科学知识图谱,借此能够直观得出目前该领域的研究力量分布与研究热点,并通过各项数据预测未来该领域可能的研究方向。研究发现,我国学者对警务危机谈判研究历经探索研究起步、高峰阶段后,目前处于探索研究平缓期。历往研究主要集中于谈判理论、谈判语言、人质危机处置、谈判主体与对象、恐怖分子人质劫持等研究方向。未来研究趋势可能在于警务危机谈判的教学培训及警务危机谈判员的能力素质研究。此外,研究方法可能不再仅停留于理论研究,部分研究内容会更倾向于实证研究。
This paper uses CiteSpaceⅤ visual analysis software to draw the knowledge mapping domain of clusters,time zones and timelines in the field of research power,keywords,etc. based on the literature data related police crisis negotiation obtained from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database. In this way,we can intuitively acquire the current research power distribution and hot issues in this field,and use various data to predict possible future research directions in this field. The study results show that Chinese scholars’ research on the experience of the police crisis negotiation has experienced the initial and peak stage of exploration and research,and it is currently in a steady state. The past research focuses on the five directions,including negotiation theory,negotiation language,hostage crisis disposal,negotiation subject and object,and terrorist hostage. The future research trend may lie in the teaching and training of police crisis negotiation and the competence and quality of crisis negotiators.In addition,research methods may no longer only stay in theoretical research,and some research content will be more inclined to empirical research.
