摘要
以MS为基本培养基研究了离体条件下非洲紫罗兰叶片外植体的快速繁殖技术。结果表明 :6 -BA诱导外植体出芽的效率明显优于KT和ZT ,其中 6 -BA 0 .5mg·L-1+NAA 0 .5mg·L-1的组合诱导效率最高 ,诱导频率可达 10 0 % ;1/2MS附加NAA 0 .2mg·L-1并添加 0 .2 %活性炭的培养基诱导生根最为适宜 ,生根率达 10 0 %。
The technology of rapid propagation of the leaf explants of Saintpaulia ionantha in vitro was studied on MS medium. The result indicates that the rate of budding is the highest on MS medium supplemented of 6-BA 0.5 mg·L -1 and NAA 0.5 mg·L -1, and the rooting is appropriate on 1/2MS medium with addition of NAA 0.2 mg·L -1 and 0.2% active carbon.
