摘要
中国农业的发展思想是建立在改造传统小农经济的基础之上的。改造小农经济的过程同时也是农业现代化的过程,其关键是如何提高农业的劳动生产率。如何构建中国的现代农业,理论界认为应当实行规模经营。但是,规模经营将导致农业劳动生产率与土地生产率的矛盾。解决这个矛盾的突破点在于正确认识规模经济概念,正确认识农业发展的特殊性,从分工角度出发,探寻农业多样化经济的发展道路。
The developmenal idea on China agriculture is built on the basis of transformation about traditional agriculture.The process of alterating the petty farm economic is the process of agriculture modernization,the key is how to improve the labor productivity in agriculture.How to build the modern agriculturein China.Te theoretic think it should carry out the scale management.But,the scale management will lead to conflict about agriculture labor productivity and ground productivity.The preachment,which resolves this conflict,lies in realizing accurately the concept of scale economy,realizing accurately the particularity of agriculture development,exploring development roads of agriculture diversification economy from the division angle.
