摘要
分析了需求方与第三方之间的合作关系 ,提出了第三方物流中支付函数的基本形式 ,并讨论了支付函数如何实现对合作双方的激励和约束 。
The relationship between the TPL service buyer and the supplier is analyzed, and the basic form of the pay function between them is proposed. The suggestion about how to restrict and stimulate both sides and ensure the realization of high-efficient cooperation are put forward.
