摘要
目的 探讨原因不明的慢性前列腺炎和结核菌L型感染的关系。方法 普通细菌培养阴性的前列腺液(EPS)作涂片 ,以正常健康男性为对照 ,作抗酸染色及PCR检测。结果 12 1例慢性前列腺炎患者经EPS检查 ,检出结核菌L型 16例 (13 .2 % )。检出率高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 结核菌L型感染可能是引起慢性前列腺炎的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the infection of L-form mycobacterium tuberculosis and chronic prostatitis.Methods The expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) of 121 patients which were negative for the regular culture was detected with acid-fast stain, microscopy and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The control group was from 80 healthy men.Results 16 strains (13.2%) showed positive for L-form of mycobacterium tuberculosis in EPS from 121 patients, and it was significantly more than that of the control group.Conclusion The infection of L-form of mycobacterium tuberculosis may be one of the important causes of chronic prostatitis.
