摘要
对菌核木菇菌丝生长、子实体及菌核的形成进行了初步研究。结果表明:菌核木菇菌丝生长最适温度为28~30℃;最适碳源为果糖、蔗糖;能利用多种有机氮源,对无机氮源的利用较差;最适pH为6;最适培养料含水量为60%;子实体形成温度为25~28℃;菌核的形成温度与子实体的形成温度基本相同。
This article discusses about the growth of Pleurotus tuber-regium hyphsa and the formation of fruit-body and sclerotia. The result indicated that the optimum temperature of Pleurotus tuber-regium hyphsa growth was range from 28℃ to 30℃,the optimum carbon source were fructose and sucrose. The Pleurotus tuber-regium hyphsa could have a well use of many organic nitrogen sources,but have a low utility of inorganic nitrogen sources. The optimum pH is 6,and content of water is 60% of the compost.The formation temperature of fruit-body is range from 25℃ to 28℃. The formation temperature of sclerotia is very close to the formation temperature of fruit-body.
