摘要
同等学力人员报考研究生是研究生生源的重要类型,也是大专和本科学历人员再发展的重要途径。目前我国同等学力研究生的招生存在报名条件要求不统一,资格审查弹性大,复试录取把关不严等问题,致使培养过程中教学、科研等工作难以开展,论文质量无法保证,阻碍了同等学力研究生教育的可持续发展。今后应规范招生制度,加强资格审查和考核力度,实行导师参与报名审查,专家组集体复试,限额录取,增加课程、实践环节的补修,实行真正的弹性学制,把好"出口关",从根本上保证同等学力研究生教育的可持续发展。
Postgraduate candidate of the same educational level is a major source for postgraduate enrollment, and postgraduate education is an important approach for the further education of people with the same college or university educational level. At present, there is no uniform enrollment requirements for these candidates, credential investigation is carried out loosely, reexamination is not strict. All these lead to great difficulties for teaching, scientific research, and dissertation compiling in the course of their education. This hinders the sustainable development of education for postgraduate candidate of the same educational level. Therefore, we must standardize enrollment regulations; enhance the force for credential examination and assessment, let tutors join the work for enrollment checkup. Expert group should sponsor the reexamination, and the number of enrolment should be limited, programs and experiments should be increased and reestablished. By these means, we could realize flexible programs and guarantee educational quality in real sense, thus ensure the sustainable development of education for postgraduate candidate of the same educational level.
