结合本单位的实际情况,主要从人员管理、工艺管理、生产管理对生产成本的影响,浅谈如何加强涤纶长丝厂生产管理,降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益。
Combination with the practical conditions in the company,from the aspects such as the effect of staff management,technology management and production management on the production cost,how to strengthen the production management in polyester filament plant,how to reduce the production cost,how to imcrease the ecnomic benefit of the enterprise were discussed.
