摘要
文章结合生产管理实践,针对锦纶6 POY长丝生产,以结果为导向,探讨同类规模的不同企业或同一企业不同时期,了解生产组织管理效率的评价指标,通过鉴别,筛选了具有可比性且可量化的投入产出比、优等品率和机时利用率等3个指标,以实例阐述了其意义及计算方法,提出了相应的改善对策,促进生产管理和效率的提升。
According to the practice of production management,aiming at the production of nylon 6 POY filament,this paper discusses the evaluation indexes of different enterprises of the same scale or the same enterprise in different periods to characterize the efficiency of production organization management.Through identification,three indexes,such as the coMParable and quantifiable input-output ratio,superior product rate and machine-time utilization ratio,are selected.
