摘要
介绍K418高温合金晶粒细化的方法。对几种形核催化剂的细化效果进行试验,优选出铝酸钴作为细化剂;介绍铝酸钴的制备、面层涂料的配制以及合金的浇注工艺。试验表明:使用铝酸钴细化剂后晶粒度等级提高1倍以上。
The method of grain refining on K418 super alloy is discussed. The refining affecting was tested to several catalysts of nucleation, the clbaltous aluminate was selected as a effect refining agent. The preparation technique for cobaltous aluminate, the coating process on mold wall and casting process are also introduced. The experiment showed that the grain degree is increased by half or more.
