摘要
精密铸造生产中,采用铝酸钴表面孕育处理,细化K417G涡轮叶片表面晶粒,但在铸件表面渗透荧光检测过程中,出现大量点状显示,不能满足标准要求。本研究通过采用光镜、扫描电镜对缺陷铸件进行解剖分析及对型壳表面进行分析,并利用体式显微镜等进行观察,确定出型壳中荧光显示的主要原因是由于铝酸钴含量过高,与合金反应产生大量的氧化物和气体,从而使铸件表面产生气孔和夹杂缺陷。通过调整型壳表面层铝酸钴含量,并控制涂料粘度,对型壳涂制工艺进行改进,解决了K417G合金铸件荧光显示问题。
In the investment casting production, the cobalt aluminate was used as the inoculant torefine the grains of K417G turbine blade surfaces. However, in the process of permeation fluorescence detection for the surfaces of castings, a large number of fluorescent displays appeared, which cannot meet the standard requirements. In the paper, the anatomical analysis of the defective castings and the analysis of the molding shell surfaces were carried out by means of the optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, as well as the stereo microscope. It was observed that the main cause of the fluorescent display was due to the high content of cobalt aluminate in the molding shell surfaces, which reacted with the alloy melt to produce a large amount of oxides and gases, thus resulting in pores and inclusion defects on the surfaces of the castings. The problem of fluorescent display for the K417G alloy castings was solved by adjusting the content of cobalt aluminate in the molding shell surfaces and controlling the viscosity of the coating.
