摘要 选用CO和CO2加氢合成甲醇的平行反应作为关键反应,CO和CO2作为关键组分,建立了不同于单一反应多组分扩散模型的平行反应多组分扩散模型,用于计算有效扩散系数。采用正交配置法对西南化工研究院研制的新型甲醇合成催化剂XNC-98的甲醇合成平行反应的有效因子的数值解。结果证明,新的模型可以和实验结果很好地吻合。进行了计算,求得有效因子ζCO。 CO and CO_2 hydrogenations are selected as key reactions. CO and CO_2 are the key components. The new multi-component diffusion model that is not similar with the old one is set up to calculate the effective diffusion coefficient. The orthogonal collocation method is used to calculate the effectiveness factors for parallel reactions of methanol synthesis of XNC-98 and the numerical values of the effectiveness factors ζ_(CO),ζ_(CO_2) are obtained. The results show that the new model can be suitable for the data of experiment.
