摘要
在温度220~265℃,压力4.0~6.0MPa,空速1~2L/(g·h),反应原料气各成分体积百分含量H259.82%~68.77%、CO24.45%~34.34%、CO22.04%~2.96%的反应条件下,在固定床管式反应器中进行了合成气在双功能复合催化剂上二甲醚合成过程的本征动力学研究,建立了幂函数型的动力学模型,获得了模型参数,经检验该模型可靠,模型计算值与实验数据吻合良好。
The intrinsic kinetics of the synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) from syngas in the tubular fixed-bed reactor over the bifunctional catalyst, which was prepared by mixing methanol synthesis catalyst and dehydration catalyst, was studied at the temperature of 220 to 265℃ ,the pressure of 4.0 to 6.0MPa,and the space velocity of 1L/(g·h) to 2L/(g·h) ,with the feed molar composition of H2 59.82% -68.77% ,CO 24.45% -34.34% and CO2 2.04% -2. 96 %. A kinetic model of tx)wer-law type was established and the model parameters were obtained. The result showed that the model is reliable and adequately describes the experimental data.
