现代企业制度的核心和精髓在其法人治理结构。法人治理结构的完善是一个动态过程,也是一项复杂的系统工程。必须同时从组织制度和机制系统两方面进行构建与规范。
The core and essence of modern corporate system lies in its corporate administration structure. The perfection of the corporate administration structure is a dynamic process and a complicated systematic project. The corporate administration must be constructed and standardized from two aspects: organization system and mechanism system.
