摘要
法人治理结构是现代企业制度的核心,法人治理结构的创新又有赖于企业内部机制系统的构建。因此,必将须法人治理结构的创新与机制系统的构建有机地结合起来。
Corporate entity autonomy is the key to the modern enterprise system. The Innovation of the corporate structure depends on the construction of the internal mechanism of the enterprise. Therefore, the innovation of the corporate structure and the construction of the mechanism must be integrated.
