摘要
利用溶剂法、硅胶柱层析、薄层层析等分离手段,处理延边产关苍术根茎部分,分离得到了5种化合物.根据这些化合物的理化性质,利用光谱分析、标准品公正等方法鉴定了其中3种化合物的结构.它们分别是β 谷甾醇、苍术烯内酯丙、胡萝卜甙.对另外2种化合物提供了IR、1HNMR、13CNMR谱图,并提出了推测结构.
Five compounds were isolated from the rhizome of Atractylodes japonica Koidz ex (Kitam)(produced in Yanbian) by the methods of solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin (layer) chromatography. According to the physical and chemical characters, data of spectrographic analysis and comparing with standard comparison, 3,4 and 5 were identified as β-Sitosterol, Atractylodinolide III, (Daucosterol) respectively. We gave the IR, ()~1H NMR, ()^(13)C NMR spectra of the other two (compounds,) and (advanced) the conjecture structures.
