摘要
通过苍术提取物对血管紧张素转化酶抑制活性的有效成分或有效部位的分析研究,发现苍术残渣的抑制活性最强,其抑制率为95.91%;表明苍术残渣是苍术提取物对ACE的抑制活性部位,而指纹图谱是控制其品质的重要依据。
This paper discovered the effective ingredients or the effective parts of inhibiting ACE from Ataractylodes leancea （Thunb.） DC. extract, and found the stronggest inhibitor activity in the residue of Ataractylodes leancea（Thunb. ） DC. extract, its inhibitor rate is 95.91%. The conclusion was got： the residue of Ataractylodes leancea（Thunb. ）DC. extract is the inhibitor activity part of Ataractylodes leancea （Thunb.）DC. extract to ACE, and the fingerprinting is an important reference to control the quality of Ataractylodes leancea （Tbunb.） DC. extract.
