摘要
高尿酸血症患病率逐年上升,影响健康和生活质量。中医理论认为高尿酸血症多为湿浊之邪,结合医家经验,认为治疗高尿酸血症,可运用清法和下法,将水饮、湿热和积滞从前后阴排出,即前后分消之法。本文从文献中归纳总结高尿酸血症的病因病机及辨证论治,并提出前后分消法治疗高尿酸血症,为临床治疗提供新思路。
The prevalence of hyperuricemia is increasing year by year,which affects people's health and quality of life.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,hyperuricemia is mostly due to the evil of dampness and turbidity.Based on the experience of doctors,it is believed that in the treatment of hyperuricemia,the clear method and the downward method can be used to expel water,damp heat and stagnation from the front and back Yin,that is,the method of separating the front from the back.This article will summarize the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of hyperuricemia from the literature,and put forward a new idea for clinical treatment of hyperuricemia by the method of pre and post elimination.
