摘要
目的:探讨海洛因依赖者多药滥用的现状,为加强防治提供科学依据。方法:对攀枝花市自愿戒毒中心785例自愿戒毒者进行问卷调查。结果:海洛因依赖者全部存在多药滥用,85.41%存在两种以上药物滥用,以烟草、苯二氮类、阿片类的合用为著。结论:海洛因依赖者多药滥用应引起戒毒机构的高度重视,要加强对吸毒团伙打击,减少团伙间的“规范化”多药滥用行为和加强麻醉品、精神药品的管理。
Objective: To investigate the patterns of multi-drugs use in heroin abusers and provide fundamental evidence for the control of problematic drugs. Methods: 785 heroin abusers in course of voluntary withdrawal hospitalized in the center of detoxification of Panzhihua city were interviewed. Results: All of the interviewed participants have used problematic multi-drugs of which 85.41% have used over three (including three) kinds of drugs. The percentage of combined use of opiate with cigarette and benzodiazapams was more than that of other substances' use. Conclusion: Great attention should be paid to heroin abusers with the behavior of multi-drugs use and reinforced management of narcotic and addictive medication should be taken by governing organizations.
