摘要
航天项目出现风险会导致项目的破产,削弱国家航天业的竞争力.在项目风险分析过程中,负责机构经常采取投机策略,致使风险出现的概率增大,控制部门只有选择控制策略,才能最大限度地降低项目的风险.为此针对航天项目中存在的5种风险进行初步探讨,根据对项目负责机构和控制机构双方博弈的分析,为风险控制机构拟订对策提供一定的理论依据.
The appearance of risks in aeronautic project will cause the failure of the project, weaken competitiveness. In the process of analyzing risks, responsible institution often adopts speculating strategies, which increases the risks'probability. Only controlling sector selects controlling strategy can decrease thie probability. Analyzed five sorts of risks existing in Aeronautic project, providing an academic basis for controlling sectors to establish countermeasures in light of the analysis of strategies selection between responsible institution and controlling sectors by game theory.
