粮谷是工农业生产的重要原料,是人们日常生活的基本营养来源。目前我国粮谷的包装基本上是采用容量为100公斤的麻袋进行包装。由于麻袋包装重量大、功能低,故搬运起来非常不便,只能用作运输包装,且虫霉现象相当严重,远未达到包装的保护、方便、促销三大功能。据报道,我国粮谷每年在储运过程中,由于包装不善造成的损失高达350亿公斤。其中虫霉造成的损失最大,特别是在南方温湿度较高的省份和地区。近年来,虽出现了“不淘洗米”
This artwle analyses the quality change forms of grains and their influence factors in preservation clarifies the principle of deox idation packaging technology. According to the, result of an experiment, the article deems this technology a trend of grain packaging and gives some sugestions of using it.
