摘要
卫所制度是明朝军队的一项基本军制。卫所缺伍的原因主要是边班、清军、勾解等措施在实行过程中产生了诸种弊端。明代军中各级官吏贪占政府粮饷、收受军兵贿赂是各种军制无法实施的根本原因并对明朝灭亡产生了较大影响。
The Wei and Suo system was a kind of organizational system of the army of the Mi ng Dynasty. Soldiers' escaping from the Wei and Suo of the army was a serious m alpractice in the Ming army, which reflected the corruption of the military offi cials of the Ming Dynasty.
