摘要
经济日益全球化对企业传统的采购与供应管理方法提出了挑战。在分析采购与供应管理未来发展趋势的基础上,主要从创建无库存采购/JIT准时化系统和加强供应商管理两个方面对采购管理策略进行了探讨。
In the increasing globalization of world economy, the modes of traditional supply face a great challenge in China. The paper analyses the development trend of purchase and supply management, discusses the strategy of purchase and supply by establishing a non-stock purchasing or JIT system and improving suppliers' management.
