摘要库存管理是供应链管理中的重要内容,对企业的营销和生产活动有重要的影响。国内很多企业希望实施V M I,但要成功实施V M I必须要认识和解决我国制造业企业实施V M I所面临的问题,才会减少失败的可能性。文章通过对我国制造业企业尝试推行V M I中暴露出的问题进行分析,提出了可供国内企业在实施V M I时参考的建议,相信会对业界企业有所帮助。
