摘要
采用复方固本解毒汤联合化疗 (治疗组 )治疗非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤 31例 ,并与 2 0例单纯化疗 (对照组 )作对照。结果治疗组和对照组的近期疗效有效率分别为 83.9%、5 5 .0 % ,P <0 .0 5 ;1年复发率分别为 15 .0 %、31.3% ,P <0 .0 5 ;治疗组生存质量的改善率优于对照组 ,而毒副反应发生率低于对照组。提示中药固本解毒汤联合化疗能提高近期疗效 ,降低复发率 ,减轻化疗毒副反应 ,改善患者的生存质量。
Compound Guben Jiedu decoction and chemotherapy were used for treating 31 cases of non-Hodgkin's slymphoma and controled with 20 cases treated by chemotherapy.Results:The late effect rate in the treatment group was 83.9% and 55.0% in the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of one year was 15.0% and 31.3%(P<0.05),the improvement rate of survival quarlity in the treatment was superior to that in the control group,the incidence rate of toxicity and side effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Guben Jiedu decoction united with chemotherap could raise late effect,decrease recurreuce rate , toxicity and side effect of chemotherapy and improve patient's survival quarlity.
