摘要
提出在三维软件 UG二次开发提取产品装配信息并建立网络图的基础上 ,基于专家知识建立层次概率模糊认知图来产生装配序列。该方法可以考虑装配的稳定性 ,通过装配可行性检查来产生实际可行的装配序列 ,而且可以清晰地表达复杂产品的装配模型。以风机组件为例 ,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
A method to generate assembly sequences using hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map (HPFCM) based on expert knowledge was developed based on the assembly information of products and a network graph extracted and drawn by a 3D software UG. This method can take account of stability of assembly, generate the feasible assembly sequences through checking the feasibility of assembly, and the HPFCM can be used for expressing the assembly model of complicated products clearly. An accessory of fan electromotor was taken as an example to show feasibility and correctness of this method.
