摘要
装配工艺的生成和评价是一个重要而复杂的问题。为此,提出了装配层状关系模型,采用割集法和与/或图产生可行装配顺序,讨论了装配作业时间的计算方法,提出了从装配生产调度的角度来评价装配顺序的方法,给出了二级圆柱齿轮减速器装配工艺规划的应用实例。
Assembly process generation and evaluation is very important and complex.For this purpose an assembly hierarchy relational model is proposed.The feasible assembly sequences are generated by using cutset and and/or graph.The method of assembly time calculation is discussed.A evaluation method of assembly sequences with considering of production schedule is proposed.An example of assembly process planning for cylindrical spur gearbox is given.
