摘要 目的  制备盐酸克林霉素微囊 ,选择最优处方工艺。方法  以乙基纤维素为囊材 ,采用液中干燥法制备盐酸克林霉素微囊。采用四因素三水平正交实验设计考察药物与囊材的比例、油水相比例、表面活性剂用量、抗粘剂用量对微囊粒径、载药量和包封率的影响。结果  确定处方药物与囊材的比例为 3∶ 2 ,油水相比例为 3∶ 1,司盘用量为 0 .5 % ,滑石粉与囊材的质量比为 1∶ 1为最佳处方工艺。结论  本法处方合理 ,制备工艺可行 ,有良好的应用前景。 OBJECTIVE To prepare the microcapsules of clindamycin hydrochloride and to select the optimum formulation and technology.METHODS Clindamycin hydrochloride was microcapsulated with the method of intra-liquid desiccation using ethyl-cellulose as coating material.The formulation and technology was studied with the orthogonal design.Four factors and three levels were designed to investigate the effect of the ratio of drug to EC,the oil phase to water phase,talc to EC and the amount of emulsifying agent on particle size distribution,drug loadings and entrapment efficiency.RESULTS The ratio of drug to EC is 3∶2,the oil phase to water phase 3∶1,talc to EC 1∶1,and the amount of emulsifying agent 0.5% is considered to be the best preparation techniques.CONCLUSION The formulation and technology is reasonable and have good exploitation and application.
