为了实现组织对员工的有效管理 ,有必要对员工的职业发展问题有所了解。这些问题包括员工职业发展的一般概念 。
We should learn more about the career development of employee for effective management in the course of human resource management. We here focus on the theories of career development,several dividing methods of development stage and the management of career development.
