摘要
警察的心理健康水平是警察心理素质高低的综合体现,并且是考察一名警察心理素质是否合格的关键标准。通过抽样调查与统计分析,对江西省公安民警整体的心理健康状况,特点及存在的问题,进行了定性和定量的研究,从而为江西省公安队伍管理和业务建设提供翔实的第一手资料。
Police mental health is not only the comprehensive presentation of police psychological qualities, but also the key standard to check if a policeman's psychological quatities is qualified. By sampling survey and statistic analysis, the author makes the qualitative and quantitative research on the present situation, feature and existing problems of police mental health in Jiangxi. And the research provides full and accurate first- hand data for police management and professional construction in Jiangxi.
