摘要
针对水电站厂内经济运行中需要考虑的关键问题,建立了相关的数学模型。根据该模型的特点,提出了一种基于遗传算法求解的新思路。该算法采用浮点数编码技术和以发电运行总成本倒数为适应度函数,并设计了一些启发式技术和遗传操作算子有效地处理模型中的各种约束条件,使得算法在遗传操作迭代过程中的所有个体都是可行解。实例研究表明,模型合理,算法可行、有效。
This paper presents a model using genetic algorithm, aiming at the key questions for innerplant economical operation in the hydropower station. In this model, besides traditional constraints such as power balance and capacity limits constraint etc., a few constraints such as the cost for start-up/shut-down of hydraulic units, compulsory constraints for unit start/stop, minimum and maximum start/stop time limits and spinning reserve requirements are also considered. According to the characteristics of the model, an advanced genetic algorithm approach to the problem is discussed. In the proposed algorithm, genetic algorithm solution is coded as decimal representation. A fitness function is constructed from the total operating cost of the generating units. Some heurist techniques and genetic operators are designed to coincide with the model constraints; every individual is a feasible solution in the method operation processes. Case study also shows that the model is reasonable and the proposed algorithm is feasible and efficient.
