摘要
研究了新显色剂2-(2-胂酸基苯偶氮)-7-(2,6-二碘-4-硝基苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸与锆的显色反应.在1.92mol/LHCl介质中,试剂与锆生成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长633nm,摩尔吸光系数为4.37×104L/(mol·cm),显色酸度高,常见的共存离子允许量特别大,选择性好.0~20μg/(25mL)Zr(IV)符合比耳定律,以NaF褪色试样空白为参比,直接吸光光度法测定合金钢中的微量锆,方法简便,结果可靠.
A new chromogenic reagent , 2-(2-arsonophenylazo)-7-(2,6-diiodo-4-nitrophenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid ,has been used in the spectrophotometric determination of zirconium. In 1.92 mol/L HCl,the reagent reacts with zirconium(IV) to form a deep blue complex with a maximum absorption at 633nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 4.37×10~4 L/(mol·cm).Beer′s law is obeyed over the zirconium concentration range 0~20 μg/25 mL ,macroamounts of foreign ions do not interfere. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of zirconium in alloy steel without prior treatment with satisfactory results.
