摘要
研究了5-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)水杨醛与锆(Zr)的显色反应条件,建立了测定锆(Zr)的分光光度法。试验结果表明,在pH为2.0的HCl-KCl缓冲溶液中,Zr(Ⅳ)与5-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)水杨醛形成浅黄色配合物,配合物的最大吸收波长为460nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.36×104 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Zr(Ⅳ)质量浓度在0~1.6μg/mL范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系。
The color reaction of zirconium(Ⅳ) with 5-(4-antipyrinylazo) salicylaldehyde was studied. A spectrophotometric method for determining of zirconium (Ⅳ) was established. The experimental results show that zirconium (Ⅳ) reacts with 5-(4-antipyrinylazo) salicylaldehyde in the HCl-KCl buffer solution(pH=2.0) to form a pale yellow complex. The complex has the maximum absorbance at 460 nm, and its apparent molar absorption coefficient is 3. 36 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. The absorbance value has a good liner relationship in the range of zirconium(Ⅳ) concentrate of 0-1.6 μg/mL.
