摘要
目的:比较2种不同切口超声乳化与硬性人工晶状体植入术的术后视力与散光度数,说明硬性人工晶状体植入同样可以采用透明角膜切口。方法:随机抽取老年性白内障患者488眼,其中巩膜隧道切口组238眼,透明角膜切口组250眼。对术后1,7d的视力及术后30d的散光度数进行比较分析。结果:术后1d 2组视力≥0.5者分别为188眼和190眼,分别占总数的79.0%和76.0%,术后7d 2组视力≥0.5者分别为221眼和233眼,分别占总数的92.8%和93.2%。术后30d 2组散光度数平均为1.14D和1.11D,与术前比较均增加了0.52D,2组术后无论是视力还是散光度数比较无显著性差异(P >0.05)。结论:透明角膜切口不仅仅是折叠人工晶状体植入的选择,硬性人工晶状体植入同样可以选择:且透明角膜切口至少减少了4个手术步骤,缩短了手术时间。
AIM: To compare postoperative vision and astigmatism degree of phacoemulsification and hard intraocular lens implantation with two different incisions to prove that clear corneal incision can be applied in hard intraocular lens implantation as well.· METHODS: Randomly selected 488 eyes of senile cataract were treated with phalcoemulsification and hard intraocular lens, among which 238 with tunnel scleral incision and 250 with clear corneal incision. The postoperative vision at 1 day and 7 days and astigmatism degree at 30 days were analyzed respectively.· RESULTS: In the two groups, the postoperative vision were ≥0.5 in 188 eyes (79.0%) and 190 eyes (76.0%) at 1 day and in 221 eyes (92.8 %) and 233 eyes (93.2%) at 7 days respectively. The average astigmatism degree at 30 days after operation were 1.14Dand 1.11D, which means the increase of degree by 0.52D in two groups. There was no significant difference (P >0.05).· CONCLUSION: Clear corneal incision can be applied not only in folding intraocular lens implantation, but also in hard intraocular lens implantation. It can reduce at least 4 operation steps and shorten the operation time as well.·
