摘要
目的探讨健康教育在老年白内障患者中的应用价值。方法总结40例患者的健康教育经验,并比较护理干预前后患者对白内障知识掌握情况和患者焦虑情况。结果护理干预后患者对白内障的影响、白内障的预防和术后保养的掌握程度均显著高于护理干预前(P<0.05),护理干预后患者精神情况正常的患者的比率高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论针对白内障患者进行有效的健康教育,能提高患者心理承受能力,减少患者的焦虑,促进术后康复。
Objective To investigate the application value of health education in elderly patients with cataract.Methods Forty cases of patients' health education experience were summarized,the cataract knowledge grasp situation of patients and anxiety situation of patient were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the master degree of the knowledge of patients on the effects of cataract,cataract prevention and postoperative maintenance were significantly higher than before(P 〈0.05),patients with psychiatric conditions in normal ratios was higher than before(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Effective health education for elderly patients with cataract can improve the patients' psychological bearing capacity,reduce the patients' anxiety,so it can promote the postoperative recovery.
