摘要
介绍用微波辐射法对磷酸钴纳米粒子的制备方法和分离方法。并对磷酸钴纳米粒子进行了结构和组成的測试,讨论了影响粒子形成的主要因素。通过实验得到了平均粒径为50.64nm的球形微粒的磷酸钴纳米粒子。
Nanoparticles of phosphate type may be widely applied in the production of pigment , coating,catalyst and functional ceramics materials ,This thesis introduces the meas of preparing and separating cobalt phosphate nanoparticles by utilizing microware radiation .In addition ,it does a test of structure and formation on cobalt phosphate nanoparticles and discusses the major factoes of influencing the particles' formation. At last,we obtain the cobalt phosphate nanoparticles that have average particles radiis of 50.64nm by experiments.
