摘要
创造型人才的培养是一项系统工程。为此,要改革传统的教学观念,变革机械的教学方法,动员全社会力量共同创造有利于创造型人才培养的外部宏观环境。
The development of creative talent is a systems engineering. Therefore, we should reform the traditional teaching concept, change the mechanical teaching methods, and mobilize the whole society to create a favorable external environment for the development of creative talent.
