摘要
未来社会的竞争，是人的素质的竞争。实施素质教育，是培养跨世纪创造型人才的必然要求。转变教育观念，深化教学改革，开发创造性智力。
It is well￣known that the competition in the coming society is that of people's quality. This paper elucidates the following viewpoints: The implement of quality eductaion is an essential requirement for training creative talent going beyond the centure. Changing the education idea, deepening the teaching reform and opening up the creative intelligence are the important way for culturing creative talent.
