Comparative assessment of Automatic Incident Detection Algorithms based on simulated annealing algorithm

摘要 对现有的几种典型的高速公路事件自动检测算法的性能进行了评价,并给出各种算法的优缺点及比较评估标准,采用检测率(DR)和误报率(FAR)特征曲线及模拟退火算法进行了评价和优化,在比较、分析结果的基础上提出了智能检测算法的概念,并指出其今后的发展趋势。 The freeway incident detection plays an important role in incident management system. Many research works are being done in automatic incident detection (AID) for its high detection rate, but low cost and without weather restriction. The critical part in AID system is incident detection algorithm. This paper presents a comprehensive assessment on existing typical freeway AID algorithms, indicates the advantages and disadvantages of individual algorithm and selection of assessment and comparison. Adopted the DR-FAR characteristics curve and simulated annealing algorithm, this paper puts forward the concept of intelligent detection algorithm based on the comparison and analytic results, and discusses the development tendency.
