With the reform developing in depth and a socialist market economy's establishment and perfection,trade union work is facing with a new opportunity and challenge. The labour colleges in China should focus on the central task, serve the overall interests, grasp opportunities, realize the target that the 16th Central Committee of the CPC and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC put forward. The key point is that they should adhere to keep with the times, develop during the innovation and promote during the development.
